Prenatal depression came back this pregnancy. Only this time, it came back even heavier. There were many days during my first trimester where my mind went to some really dark places. It scared me. And if you’ve ever experienced depression, you know how isolating it can feel. Add moving to a new state, being pregnant, and trying to show up for your kids, and some days felt impossible. But something beautiful happened in the middle of all of it. People showed up. Friends, family, strangers… people who had no idea how much they were carrying me just by being there. They reminded me that even when I couldn’t see the light, I wasn’t walking through the darkness alone. I’m trying to count my blessings, even on the days it’s hard. I don’t believe depression is beautiful. It’s painful, confusing, and exhausting. But I do believe God can bring beauty from it. It has made me ask deeper questions. It has made me slow down. It has reminded me what really matters. It has taught me that strength sometimes looks like asking for help instead of pretending you’re okay. I don’t have all the answers yet. But I do know this: I’m here to love deeply. To raise my babies. To tell the truth about the hard parts. And if sharing my story helps even one person feel less alone, then every vulnerable conversation has been worth it. If you’re quietly fighting a battle no one else can see, I’m so glad you’re still here. 🤍
Cats spend most of the day acting graceful and mysterious, but the moment they fall into a deep sleep, all of that elegance disappears. Out of nowhere, tiny snores start filling the room, and it’s impossible not to laugh. How can such a small animal make sounds that make it seem like they’re completely worn out from doing… absolutely nothing? The funniest part is how peaceful they look while they’re snoring. Curled up into a perfect little ball, paws tucked in, whiskers twitching, they let out the cutest little snores as if they don’t have a single worry in the world. Meanwhile, they’re probably dreaming about chasing birds, knocking things off shelves, or demanding extra treats. Some cats snore so softly you have to get close to hear it, while others can surprise you with tiny little rumbling noises that sound way too loud for such a small body. They never seem embarrassed by it either. They’ll wake up, stretch, blink at you for a second, then go right back to snoring like nothing happened. For cat owners, those little snores are oddly comforting. They usually mean your cat feels safe, relaxed, and completely at home. It’s one of those small moments that reminds you just how much they trust you. Even the world’s most independent cat can’t hide the fact that they’re just a sleepy little fluffball when they’re fast asleep.#cat #fyp #funny #funnycat
