What a week! The Red Bull Sub-Zero Bootcamp at The RDS @winterbootcamp was all about pushing limits, embracing the cold, and building resilience in one of the most unique environments on Earth.
From intense training sessions to team challenges and unforgettable moments, it was an honor to share a taste of what we do at Rising Dragon School with such an incredible group.
A huge thank you to @redbulluk for the opportunity and to the amazing participants who gave it their all—on and off the ice. This is just the beginning! I can’t wait to welcome you to more adventures at RDS locations around the world.

Training @risingdragonschool is hard but I was definitely in my fittest. So well done to the participants I know how difficult it was to train in zub-zero and getting in those ice baths.🥶🥶 Big Congratulations to @risingdragonschool for the success in hosting the bootcamp of @redbulluk.👏👏
