This is what I do every night before I go to sleep and every morning when I wake up.

I read the words I’ve written down for myself. My dreams, my vision, where I want to go and what I want to create.

These are the words I fall asleep with.
And these are the words I wake up with.

It helps me stay connected to my vision and reminds me every day where I’m going.

It feels really good to me.
Maybe it can do the same for you.

Write down your dreams. Read them before you sleep. Read them when you wake up. And see what it does to you.

☀️If you want to dive deeper into kung fu, you can find my book Spirit Warrior (currently available in German) or my documentary The Silent Path (in English). ❤️
Both links are in my bio.
