I grew up with my grandpa telling me “Family first and love your job.” But what happens when your job becomes your family? 🧡 I think that’s exactly what I’ve found at Orangetheory. It’s more than a workout or a job. It’s a community where strangers become friends and people discover they’re capable of more than they imagined. Somewhere along the way it became one of the biggest pieces of who I am. A OTF Nocatee, where do I even begin? You are my people. My home away from home. The reason I love early mornings and push myself to be better. Every photo, PR, laugh and conversation means more than you know. I hope I’ve given even a fraction of that back to you. Being named Orangetheory’s Coach of the Year is an honor I can’t put into words. I’m shocked. I’m overwhelmed. I’m grateful. And I’m PROUD. Proud of the coach I’ve become and even prouder of the people who got me here. A few thank yous that will never feel like enough… To Ellen Latham, thank you for being the incredible woman you are and creating something that’s changed so many lives including mine. What you built is bigger than fitness. To George, Leslie and Gab, thank you for trusting me, believing in me and helping me grow as a coach and leader. I couldn’t ask for better people in my corner. To my mom, thank you for coming down for this moment and being my rock. Having you there meant the world. To my studio team, this award has my name on it but I wouldn’t be here without you. Thank you for making our studio so special. To my boyfriend and friends, thank you for listening to me talk about Orangetheory 24/7 and celebrating every win with me. To every member who’s taken my class, thank you for trusting me with a hour of your day. You may think I’m there to make a difference in your life but you’ve made just as much of a difference in mine. I don’t take this title lightly. I’m SOOO ready to keep learning, growing and representing this community. I hope to make the Orange Nation proud. Grandpa, I think I figured it out. I found a job I love and a whole lot of family along the way. 🧡 Coach of the Year. Still doesn’t feel real. Orange Nation, we’re just getting started. 🍊🏆

The funny part? Some people are so busy trying to put Kanika down that they forget she’s not the one to mess with anymore! 😏🔥 Keep poking, keep picking fights, but don’t expect her to sit back and take it. Kanika 2.0 gives it back, with facts, class and that unapologetic attitude we LOVE! And the way she shut him down without losing her grace? KUDOS, QUEEN! 💅🏻 Keep poking, and our #HaryanviSherni keeps proving why she’s not the one to mess with. ✨🧿🔱 Nightwear : @thelazy_boo #kanikamann #teamkanikamann #haryanakimann #biggboss20
