Been a long time coming Mr. Saf

If you're familiar with this case, you know how long we've been fighting for this.

Man, Avery Wilson had NO BUSINESS singing this GOOD! Babyface really asked bro to sing “Can We Talk,” on Tiny Desk, the R&B classic he wrote for Tevin Campbell, and Avery said BET! 😂 The runs, the vocals, the way he was hitting EVERY note… NAHHH, somebody come get this man! 😭👏🏾 Avery Wilson been able to SANG! Y’all better start giving this man his flowers! 💐 @averywilson

17 days until the New York City Marathon and I can SMELL the taper 🤩 Two double threshold workouts, six weeks apart… I think a combo of hard work, altitude training and Nomio has done its thing 🥹 Full pace comparisons at the bottom 👇 Days like this are exactly when I use @drinknomio - one shot three hours before the first session and one before bed. It’s a broccoli sprout shot (yes, really), developed out of years of research in Sweden into how the compounds in broccoli sprouts affect lactate and recovery in hard training. I take it before my big days, the Tuesday, Friday and Sunday workouts and long runs, and double threshold is as big as they come. Does it taste like broccoli? It does, plus the squeeze of lemon they add to balance it out. Have I had a single bad session after taking it? No. Next stop: taper. Then five boroughs!!! 📊 PACES (min/mi | min/km) AM: mile reps 6 weeks ago (7 x 1 mile): 6:02 | 3:45 6:00 | 3:44 5:54 | 3:40 5:55 | 3:41 5:56 | 3:41 5:54 | 3:40 5:53 | 3:39 Average 5:56 | 3:41 This week (8 x 1 mile): 5:45 | 3:34 5:44 | 3:34 5:42 | 3:33 5:44 | 3:34 5:45 | 3:34 5:44 | 3:34 5:43 | 3:33 5:46 | 3:35 Average 5:44 | 3:34 PM: 3 minute reps 6 weeks ago (6 x 3 min): 5:25 | 3:22 5:20 | 3:19 5:20 | 3:19 5:18 | 3:18 5:18 | 3:18 5:12 | 3:14 Average 5:19 | 3:18 This week (8 x 3 min): 5:18 | 3:18 5:14 | 3:15 5:10 | 3:13 5:10 | 3:13 5:08 | 3:11 5:04 | 3:09 5:00 | 3:06 5:00 | 3:06 Average 5:08 | 3:11 One extra mile rep, two extra 3 minute reps, and around 11 to 12 seconds per mile quicker on average across both sessions for the same HR in the AM, same lactate measures in the PM 🙂‍↕️ #nycmarathon #doublethreshold
