When you stand in the middle of Schillinger Road & try to get that one snowday pic of your house, and you have dress like a utility worker, so you won't get hit by any motorists, while you're across the street! 🌨🌨🌨 [20⁰F / -7⁰C]

Plot twist: the actual destination was “AGLA STATION”

@mbasicsofficial Winter Unstitched’26 - launching on 16th October

Rose Gakuo has called out American media personality Rob Finnerty and actress Skai Jackson, making it clear that, in her view, their apologies to Kenyans are not enough.

Gakuo also called for greater regulation of international media houses, arguing that media coverage of African countries should be held to higher standards of accountability and that Africans deserve respect in how their countries and people are portrayed.

Her remarks have reignited a broader conversation about how international media outlets cover African nations, who gets to shape the narrative, and whether apologies are sufficient when reporting or commentary causes offence.
