⭐️ DO NOT GET SOLAR PANELS FROM 1Solar — BEWARE! I strongly regret getting solar panels through 1Solar. I was promised savings and reliable service, but my experience has been completely different. My solar panels haven’t worked for months, and I have been unable to get anyone to respond or take responsibility for getting them repaired. My contract specifically states that there is a 25-year warranty, yet despite the warranty, no one will come out and fix the panels. I have been dealing with this problem for years, and I continue to pay for a system that is not doing what I was promised it would do. I’m currently paying over $900 between my solar payment and my electric bill, which is absolutely not the savings I was led to believe I would have. The whole reason I agreed to solar was to save money, but instead I’m paying a huge amount every month while dealing with a company that is extremely difficult to reach. These were empty promises from the beginning, and now that there is a problem, I can’t get anyone to help. A 25-year warranty means nothing if the company won’t honor it or respond to customers. My advice: DO NOT get solar panels from 1Solar. Do your research, read every detail of the contract, and think twice before signing anything. Solar is not necessarily cheaper, and based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache, money, and frustration. Stay away from 1Solar.

This company "aquired Bell Solar" and then decided to not honor any warranties with Bell Solar's customer, Oh and the owner of Bell is an executive for them - you don't want anything to do with this shady company
