POSTS STORIES REELS

What does it mean to lead? I mean, truly lead? To create a world for the better. To fight against societal norms. To belong. To be.

I lived this for the last 3 weeks. At Oxford’s Advanced Management and Leadership Program, one of the top executive programs in the world, I experienced what it truly means to be a world disruptor.

This was the most rewarding and challenging experience of my life. For the first time ever, I felt imposter syndrome. Our cohort has 40 participants from over 20 different countries. This was the most diverse room I have ever been in; talk about life-changing. I met some of the most incredible humans in the world, from the Chief Cancer officer of Australia, to a Mongolian politician, to a Haitian determined to change his country for the better. These people are changing the world every day and have impacted me forever. I am honored and humbled to be in their presence. They have taught me a deeper understanding of patience and gratitude and challenged me more than ever. I was in a room full of change-makers, blessed to be one of them.

This program was the best gift I have ever given myself. I stepped back, expanded my knowledge, reflected, and deepened my purpose. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, a time to be entirely out of my comfort zone.

Words will never describe the amount of appreciation I have for the knowledge I have gained. I have a newfound perspective and a deeper want to do more for the world.

Here’s to the future, a better tomorrow built from authenticity and integrity. Here’s to being a global leader with a deeper perspective. Here’s to Why I Lead. 🎓 by @alexiacooper

I have no words to describe today.

I put my heart and soul in everything I do. I strive to create a company that pushes people to be the best version of themselves. I enjoy finding the best in people. I love pushing myself to my limits.

Today was one of those days.

I was honored by Forbes Under 30. A dream I have had for the past few years. In the same day, I passed the last exam for my C2 Electrical license, making me the youngest female to ever have the license in Nevada.

I am overwhelmed by the support I have received today. Thank you to everyone who took the time to congratulate me. You are all a huge part to my success. Thank you for being by my side all these years.

Thank you to my dad for his unconditional love and support. Thank you to my partners for always reminding me how awesome I am. Thank you to my team for committing to something bigger than us. The love I have for all of you is limitless. I’m beyond excited for our future together. 💙⚡️ #rewiringtheworld by @alexiacooper

At BoomVidPro, we believe that understanding our clients is essential to helping tell their stories.

When I first met @alexiacooper, I loved her energy and passion for leadership development. As we began working with @rapport_leadership, I became curious about their programs and wanted to better understand what they offered. We both agreed that attending their introductory workshop, Leadership Breakthrough One (LB1), would be the best place to start.

Little did I know that this two-day workshop would radically change how I look at my life.

The experience brought back so many memories of growing up on the Big Island of Hawaii, where, because of my fair skin, I often felt like a second, well, third-class citizen.

What happened during those sessions at Rapport Leadership revealed so much about the most impressionable years of my life and how others saw me as a leader when I couldn’t see it in myself.

From childhood friendships to high school basketball and even my years in a rock band, the same pattern kept appearing. Others saw me as a leader, and my response was always, “No, not me.”

I learned that leadership comes with responsibility. As a leader, I can’t simply say, “Well, that’s not my fault. That’s on them.” A leader is responsible for the people on their team and the decisions that affect them.

More importantly, I learned that before I can effectively lead others, I must first learn to lead myself.

Thank you, Alexia, for introducing me to something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. For those struggling with identity and the confidence to lead others, send me a DM and I'll go into greater detail.

11 years ago, I attended Leadership Breakthrough One at Rapport Leadership.

It changed my life.

It taught me to dream bigger, live outside my comfort zone, and realize to think is to create.

Since then, I’ve sent my team, family, friends, and business partners through the experience because I wanted the people around me to discover what was possible for themselves too.

I’ve watched lives transform. I’ve watched businesses grow. I’ve watched people find confidence, purpose, and courage they didn’t know they had.

Today, I am honored to share that I have officially stepped into the role of President of Rapport Leadership.

I walked into Rapport as a student and now I have the privilege of leading the organization that helped shape the person I’ve become. This isn’t just a job for me, it’s a chance to give back and help build a legacy for the organization that helped me create a life beyond what I once thought was possible.

The highs, lows, wins, failures, and adventures of the last decade have prepared me for this moment, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

We have an incredible team, a powerful mission, and a vision to impact 1 million people around the world.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey.

And if you’re ready for the next level of your life, this is your invitation.

Get uncomfortable.
Dream BIG.
Take the leap. ✨
If you’re ready to discover what’s possible when you fully commit to your growth, I invite you to join us and experience a Rapport Leadership training.

The best is yet to come. ❤️

Happy birthday to the one and only OBACHAN. 🎏
This woman is pure magic. No matter how long or short my visit is, she somehow resets my whole nervous system and sends me back into the world lighter, calmer, and wiser. She’s my best friend, my mentor, my biggest supporter & also the first one to tell me when I’m getting fat. 😂 Balance.

Every day with her teaches me something new. I’m endlessly grateful for our relationship and for the way she lives so unapologetically herself. She makes 84 look better than most 70-year-olds, and she’s more determined than anyone I know.

Kind, giving, compassionate… yet strong, direct, and absolutely unshakeable with her boundaries. She is everything I hope to become when I grow up.

I could write a whole book about how much I love her and the greatness she brings into this world, but she’d look at me and say “うるさい” (shut up).

If your grandparents are still around, go hug them. They’ve lived through things we can’t imagine and carry a type of wisdom you can’t Google. Even when they’re stuck in their traditional ways, they mean well. ❤️

Happy 84th, Obachan. Thank you for being you… and for teaching me how to be me. 🇯🇵 by @alexiacooper

Asking for help isn’t weakness, it’s the turning point. 🤝

The hard way that trying to do it all alone leads to burnout, breakdown, and missed opportunities. The moment we leaned on our mentors and our team, everything shifted.

You don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

This is 30.

It’s been a wild ride — from heartbreaks, business breakups, lawsuits, and feeling completely lost… to finding peace, gratitude, love, and my soul in music.

The last 30 years taught me that life isn’t about chasing someone else’s timeline — it’s about embracing every high and every low that makes life an epic adventure. And damn… mine’s been one hell of an adventure.

I built and sold the company of my dreams. I studied in Oxford. I became a trainer at Rapport. I’ve danced, cried, grown, risked, and lived a life my 8-year-old self would be proud of. That’s all I could ever ask for.

So here’s your sign:
Don’t become someone who starts dying at 30.
Get uncomfortable. Take the leap. Go out on the skinny branches — because that’s where the magic is.

To everyone who’s been a part of this journey: thank you. I love you. I’m endlessly grateful.

Here’s to the next 30 — and making an even bigger impact. 💫 by @alexiacooper

In order for me to operate at my highest potential, I push to challenge myself in unique ways. It reminds me that I am capable of so much more than I think, that I create my own limitations, and that I write my own story. I consistently seek opportunities for me to push my limits. This helps keep me focused, grounded, and in tune with my intuition.

I am a big advocate for living the highs and lows that make life an epic adventure, and this Adventure retreat was a testament to exactly that.

This weekend, everything that could have gone wrong, did. From tough terrain, sickness, cold temperatures, ranger rescues, quicksand, and lost car keys, it felt like we were living in a horror film.

The mental, physical, and emotional limits that we all reached this weekend were truly remarkable. I was with a relentless group of individuals who continued to preserver, even as the conditions got worse. It is always so beautiful to see a group of strangers come together in the worst circumstances. Strangers who have now become life long friends.

This adventure reminded me that I am an incredible human, who will create solutions in the most impossible situations. It reminded me that positivity is ALWAYS the answer, and that my light shines brightest in the darkest chaos.

So here’s to the challenges that remind us the answers are within us. Go outside and challenge your body, your mind will thank you. 🏜️ by @alexiacooper
