![Do you pay attention to your (life) patterns?

I feel like I have been especially tired over the last few days which means there's a great many things that I haven't finished or bothered to get done. Now just two days isn't a lot...but already a pattern is trying to emerge - and not the kind I want (yes bad textile art humor!)

And while I'm not working on my socks tonight (that's a weekend project) it kind of reminds me of them (or really anything honestly textile wise) in that at first the pattern isn't discernible. It's either hard to see or that hasn't been enough that's happened for me to be able to really see how things might turn out - but that doesn't mean that the pattern *isn't* forming...

So I'm trying to be mindful of that...that fact that every little step, even just the small bits that might be done at a time result in what ultimately makes the pattern clear later on.
