Who is writing the lawsuit. A President cannot abolish or rescind a Congressional Act by Executive Order. This Executive Order cannot be enforced. If the people let this slide, we will enter Nazi Germany and Jim Crow. Taxation without representation.

Stephen A. Smith says Trump “could not have been nicer” behind closed doors 👀

On Straight Shooter, Stephen A. addressed his White House dinner with Trump, Bill Maher, and Kid Rock, saying Trump “could not have been more hospitable” and was complimentary “even towards somebody whose aptitude he just questioned weeks ago.” He called refusing to talk to Trump “foolish” and “childish” and revealed Trump invited him back.

Back in June, Trump said Stephen A. didn’t have a high enough IQ to be president, then called him an “arrogant fool,” a “low IQ individual,” and “dumb as a rock” on Truth Social. Stephen A. dared Trump to debate him himself.
