I want to do this but in my country no one teach. They used to have a mortuary makeup course in the makeup school I went, but they told me they had to cancel it bc it was getting attention of weird, sick and gross people 🤢 those with a phillia... So I don't know where to go.

since i can remember i’ve always wanted to be in this profession and also a medical examiner too, till i realized i would have to work on children and that also not every death is clean and neat. only now do i think abt that but i still admire people who have worked hard to do this and how truly beautiful it must be to help make someones loved one look alive and well again one last time. 💪🏽

It is so scary to imagine that not only do they do open casket funerals in America, but they also put makeup and clothes on the corpse to make it look "pretty"
