Manchester Police Marksmanship Team

Just finished up with our departmental shooting competition. The Marksmanship Team has been putting on this event for the last 3 years as a way to get officers exposed to more advanced shooting techniques and compete in a fun environment against their coworkers.

The limitations of the indoor range can still allow for a challenging course of fire. All the skills were tested. Accuracy at distance, positional shooting, moving while shooting, movement from positions, decision making, and high risk / low percentage shots.

Happy to see a wide range of participation, from Captains and detectives down to patrol officers.
