Comment BACKDAY and I'll DM you my full back day, free. It's the exact back day out of my HC Gives You Wings program, and a chest supported machine row is exercise 2 on the list.

Derek wanted to know what I'm thinking about when I row for more lats. I'm not thinking back. Think back and it ends up as more rear delt. I'm thinking down and around.

Before the rep even starts, pull the lats down. Keep them down as you stretch out, and keep them down as you pull. Then finish like you're trying to wrap your elbows around toward the base of your hips. That keeps the upper arm tucked tight at your side the whole way.

Two things so nobody gets the wrong idea. It's a bias, not a switch: your whole upper back is still working on any row, and I'm not trying to keep it out of it. And where you finish is going to look a little different for everybody. Derek's lats are so big that his version is just "pull until your triceps smash into your lats." Mr. Olympia problems.

Comment BACKDAY, the workout hits your DMs, and ask me your back training questions below. I'll answer them.

Let me talk to you my g @kiredio_
Najua ukumbuki ila mara ya kwanza kabisa miaka kama minne nyuma nakuona ilkua video yako ya content unani DISS☝️ kwenye comedy zako, ila sikumind sababu nilkua skujui nikasema huyu hata hanichukii ni content tu.

Fast forward miaka ya mbele, Mungu akatukutanisha, nikawa naangalia tu the way unafanya kazi, nikaanza kukushirikisha some idea na wewe ukawa unanipa na zikawa zinafanya kazi

Your emotional intelligence is so HIGH.

Kazi tu ya miss grand na kukublock nilikublock but ulihakikisha mpaka naelewa kwanza😂 alaf tukatoa kitu noma sana SUPERDOME!

Ukitaftwa about any deal hujawah kukunja FASTA SIM INAITA UNANIMBIA NIFFER HII FANYA HAWA WATU WANAKUTAFTA

Nataka ujue AS LONG AS NIKO HAI, tuwe sawa au hatuko sawa jua NAKUKUBALI SANA!

Usikubali makalio ya wanawake yakutoe kwenye reli, nakujua udhaifu wako, THE FUTURE IS SOO BRIGHT NA HAKUNA MTU NAPENDA KUFANYA NAE KAZI KAMA WEWE!! KWASABABU UMENYOOOKA. Dem yoyote akikuzingua me ntadeal nae kisawa sawa asituchanganyie habari

Nikipiga kazi na wewe sipretend ! Na nachopenda tukisema HATUFANYI NI HATUFANYI HATA WATUSHKIE KISU!

Mungu atupe utulivu na aman kwenye hii bond yetu ! Wote umri sawa sema we ulizaliwa njiti kwahiyo unaonekana mdogo.

Cycle yangu ni ndogo sana na wewe ni moja ya watu ambao uko kwenye cycle yangu, mm naiita THE MONEY CLUB💯 huku ni kazi no propaganda

One love bro! I love you so much
