I woke up yesterday feeling heavy hearted and unfocused. Feeling unworthy and unholy wondering if I should even go through with getting baptised. Even listening to my praise and worship music couldnt get this fog of doubt out of my head. All the trials and all the tribulations I’ve been through since being in college has tested who I am and the man I fight so hard to become. Yesterday as I got baptized the verse Philippians 3:12-14 this verse help me realize that its ok that I’m not perfect and that I sin and even fall back sometimes but I’ve continued getting up time and time again chasing after the perfect love and salvation that comes with genuinely committing your life to God and surrendering to the change that comes with it
