Bacon roses > regular roses

-Spray thick cut bacon with olive oil and cover with brown sugar on both sides.
-Roll up and secure with a toothpick and place on a wire rack.
-Put them on at 300F indirect for 50-60 minutes.
-Remove and let sugar harden for at least 15 minutes.
-Use wooden skewers for stems and enjoy.
