We all hit rock bottom at some point and that looks different for everyone. And sometimes, life places us in certain situations—sometimes repeatedly—until we heal and gain the wisdom our soul is calling us to embody.

I had the honor and privilege of sharing my catalyst for a better way of living and the wisdom I’ve gathered along the way.

I believe we all carry powerful stories, messages, and lessons that, when exchanged, can help us navigate our journeys. For too long, I’ve withheld my story—one that could serve as medicine for someone else.
