You were told these were peaceful student protests. Future doctors and engineers, every one.
@olaoluslawn and @saatchiyates took crane painting to new heights. 🏗️ London-based artist Slawn proved that the sky is not the limit as he took on the challenge of spray painting a 15ft tall canvas suspended from a crane in Waterloo to kick off Frieze London. His signature figures were seen at their largest scale yet, bringing his bold and colourful style above the South Bank. Created in collaboration with Saatchi Yates ahead of his upcoming exhibition, proceeds from the new installation are being donated to @artofwishes @makeawishuk. We spoke to Slawn moments before he was harnessed. Video: Hypebeast
Fours day and three nights spent blissfully free of mental clutter. Well there was clutter, but it was my own and I did my best to clear it with some intention. No pressing business. Just books, sea, rest and food. On my very first non-working solo trip I learned I can spend wide swaths of time talking to no one but myself and the sea. I reaffirmed that mornings catalyze my most intense magic and I will continue to meet my magic where it’s at. That reading and writing are portals to more beauty, more inspired action, more LIFE. Alone, alone, alone is not loneliness. It is solitude. What a gift. Thank you @hideawaybluewaters 🏝️ #Togetherness #RoyaltonHideaway #Hosted #Jamaica
Bangun rumah, buka lapangan kerja! ❤️
California: More views of fire activity from the Norte Fire earlier today in Orange County from Darin McClure. Activity has since diminished some, with numerous homes lost. More reasons to pass the Fix Our Forests Act, extend wildfire aviation contracts, and support the boots on the ground with better pay and benefits. Eventually Congress will take it seriously. Thanks to all the subscribers who make this possible for everyone! We are 100% supported through Substack subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions to the Substack support charitable donations to help injured firefighters and their families in need.
