Student protesters speak to our reporter on the ground amidst demonstrations in Paris.

Being at the demonstrations is "really important for us", one school pupil says, explaining that it is not only students out today, but workers too.

After weeks of student protests, the so-called "yellow vest" movement and unions have joined forces with young people in a broader demonstration against the cost of living and a deterioration in public services.

LOAD BEARING BELT prototype is coming along. This thing is awesome, shifts the weight to your hips, even comfy when worn with plates. Internal rigid CURV with PALS cuts, laminate outer that lines up with the PALS on the CURV. Low pro knit loop on body side allows you to run with or without the removable pad, and eventually be able to accept ballistic protection. Perfect setup to expand your ammo capacity whether you’re a rifleman or an AW gunner.

Urgent concern for Reza Zanganeh and Hamid Kazemi.

According to reports from inside Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, both men have been transferred to solitary confinement, raising fears for their safety and concerns about a possible imminent execution.

Reza Zanganeh, 27, faces a death sentence. His case was reportedly sent to the Supreme Court, but the outcome of his appeal remains unclear. His relatives have rejected the accusations against him.

Precise information about Hamid Kazemi’s case remains unavailable. The report shared does not confirm a death sentence against him.

We call for an immediate halt to any execution, clear information about both men’s situation, and access to their lawyers and families.

Don’t stay silent. Be their voice.

1. If nobody sees you as an enemy, you’re not important.
2. If nobody talks behind your back, you are not relevant.
3. If somebody tries to take advantage of you, it means you have value.
4. If somebody tries to put you down, it means you’re already above them.
5. Hate only comes from below, never from above.
6. If they doubt you, it means you’re doing something.
7. Criticism is just a hidden form of admiration.
8. Your haters are actually your biggest fans; they just haven’t figured out how to clap for themselves.
