not to be dramatic but I’ve never had a flatter ass and duller personality than when I fell for loser advice like fearing whole macronutrient groups 😊😊😊😊

which is why you will NEVER catch me convincing women that eating less, cutting carbs, or being scared of bread is the secret to being healthy.

been there. done that. lost my period. hated my life. wouldn’t recommend (:

And to bring actual science into it, your brain uses 120g of glucose daily, your muscles literally store carbs for energy, and glycolysis exists for a reason. your body has an entire system dedicated to USING carbs, not fearing them! 🥞🥐🥯🍓🍌🍇🥔

please run from anyone who tries to convince you that cutting out or fearing an entire macronutrient is the secret to wellness 🙃 healthy doesn’t mean restricted period.

#AD Five Diwalis away from home, but somehow, this time, home doesn’t feel quite as far away.

With the help of @sainsburys I’m creating new Diwali traditions and carrying on old ones.
