Mun uusi sarja! Taikinaterapiaa😍🥄👩🏼‍🍳

Kanelikierteet Köpiksen tyyliin:

500g Myllyn Paras lehtitaikinalevyjä

Täyte
100 g pehmeää voita
150 g fariinisokeria
1 ½ rkl kanelia
Ripaus suolaa

Kananmunaa voiteluun.

Kuorrute
2 dl tomusokeria
2 rkl vettä

Nosta leihtitaikinalevyt sulamaan huoneenlämpöön. Sekoita täytteen ainekset tasaiseksi. Kauli lehtitaikinalevyjä hieman leveämmäksi ja pidemmäksi. Levitä täytettä ohut kerros levylle ja rullaa lyhyeltä sivulta alkaen rullaksi. Leikkaa pötkö veitsellä kuuteen osaan. Nostele kanelikierteet voidellulle muffinipellille. Voitele kananmunalla. Paista 225 asteessa noin 12-15 minuuttia tai kunnes kierteet ovat kullanruskeita. Sekoita kuorrutteen ainekset. Viimeistele jäähtyneet kanelikierteet tomusokerikuorrutteella. Nauti.😍

Thank you for the beary warm welcome, Mr. Jackman! 🧡

NO frying, NO shaping deconstructed Korokke! aka my mom’s スコップコロッケ (Scoop Korokke) 🇯🇵

For a lot of Japanese people, korokke is tied to the neighbourhood butcher shop~ (お肉屋さんのコロッケ). Butchers would often fry them fresh in their own lard and sold them for super cheap~

And there are sooo many other types of korokkes too like kani cream korokke (cream and crab), kabocha no korokke (pumpkin korokke), curry korokke and so many other variations, so you can add whatever your heart desires.

It’s also a classic item in bentos, or in the konbini hot snack shelf!

I personally don’t want to go through the hassle of making it traditionally with the shaping and frying, so I always use my moms recipie that I grew up eating!

Ingredients
Potatoes 400 g
Onion ½
Panko breadcrumbs about 30-40 g (but you can always do more)
Ground meat 150g-200g
• Salt ½ tsp
• Pepper a pinch
• Mirin 1 tbsp
• Milk 1 tbsp or more (to taste)

Olive oil for the pan

Hope you enjoy!!

Breaking news: Donald Trump said he has told new White House press secretary Katie Zacharia she should 'reconsider' the role after less than a week in the job.

The US president's comments on Friday come after Zacharia's performance as his chief spokesperson was widely panned after a short and jittery first news briefing on Tuesday, from which she failed to recover throughout the week.
