Delhi Court on Monday (October 12) issued fresh summons to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a 2018 defamation case.

The case pertains to a complaint filed by Vikas Sanskrityayan alleging that Rathee posted a video which is alleged to be defamatory in nature.

It was alleged that by the complainant that a video titled, ‘BJP IT Cell Part II’ was published and circulated by Rathee who lives in Germany, making several false allegations against the complainant.
