Recent work with @diyajoukani for @surplussydney - Brought to life by me and my brothers @chorbazaar.au Months of ideation, references, late nights, and figuring out how to bring this vision to life. The idea was always bigger than just putting together a space. We wanted to build a world out of things we grew up around; things we saw in our homes, things we saw back in the motherland, and everything we picked up from growing up in Aus. This was our depiction of two worlds coming together. A place where our people could recognise something of their own, and everybody else would want to come closer, explore, and ask questions. Seeing people come through and spend time in something that was once just an idea in our heads was a different feeling. A real milestone for me creatively, and for everything we’re building through CB. CB was never just about us, it’s always been about the people. Everyone who helped put this together, everyone who pulled up, everyone that showed love. You made this what it was. None of this would be possible without @diyajoukani, @surplussydney, and @nsw. They gave our community a platform to bring this vision to life, putting their full trust in us to do what we do. Job’s never done tho, what we brought to life has only made us more certain of our path forward. @chorbazaar.au remember the name.

If They Treated Him Well He Won’t Distance Himself From Them And They Won’t Be Granting Interviews. They Didn’t Love Him –Toluwanisings’ Uncle Slams Singer’s Paternal Family The younger brother of the mother of late gospel singer Toluwanisings has broken his silence amid the ongoing controversy surrounding the singer’s burial, criticising those granting interviews about the matter. In a video shared online, the singer’s maternal uncle expressed concern over the development, insisting that people who genuinely loved the deceased should not be granting interviews about the circumstances surrounding his death and burial. He said, β€œHello, everybody. At this point, we can’t keep quiet, especially after the incident that happened. Even though we are still grieving, the way things are going is becoming concerning. β€œThere is no way anyone in their right mind who truly loved the deceased would grant an interview on this matter, let alone one discussing how someone is living in a house and other related issues. β€œThe truth is, if the people granting these interviews had treated Toluwanisings well while he was alive, he would not have distanced himself from them. β€œI was his mentor. If you heard what he went through during his lifetime, you would stone all those people going around granting interviews.
