Some pictures from this year and last year hikes to golden arches.
It's always so thrilling to see these amazing trees. They are thousands of years old and only grow in certain regions on high elevations and despite being from coniferous families they turn color and shed their needles! 💛
Minnie was so excited to see them! 🐶

sometimes fighting patriarchy, capitalism, imperialism & all the other f^cked systems we’re living under looks like organizing, mutual aid, solidarity & building community.

and sometimes it looks like telling a bunch of mediocre white men that the shit they find funny actually fucking sucks. there’s room for both. 😌

and if you enjoy pissing off misogynists & bootlickers alike, while helping fund mutual aid, there’s merch for that✨🖤 @rebelliousmerch • @macgyveringmom22

If you don’t want me to start dancing and singing in the middle of a shoot… don’t play Persian music 🤷🏻‍♀️😏💛

I’ve always been fascinated by the majesty of the Andean condor. A magnificent bird, capable of soaring to extraordinary heights and looking out over our Andes from above.

As a designer, I wanted to capture that greatness in a boot. I worked with its colors, textures, and volumes to express its strength and elegance, but above all, to carry a piece of our Peruvian identity through my work.

And to think that an inspiration born in our mountains ended up walking the streets of New York is something that fills me with pride. 🇵🇪🗽

Because that’s what I strive for with every creation: to show the world just how much Peruvian design has to offer.

And you, what do you think of my interpretation of our Andean condor? I’d love to hear your thoughts. 🤎

—————————————————————————
