🎬 Exciting news! My short film *Upcycle* has been officially selected for the Balkan Can Kino Film Festival in Athens, Greece! 🇬🇷✨
This film is especially meaningful to me because it features my sister, my mum, and my nephew. It was inspired by a displaced artist whom my mum had the chance to meet.
About the film: *Upcycle* explores the journey of a lost plastic bottle. First, it is discarded by a runner and later found by a child. The bottle is transformed into a whimsical toy by an artist, only to be lost again and found once more—highlighting the beauty of creative reuse. ♻️🌍
Here’s a minute-long excerpt from this 3-minute film. I am grateful for the opportunity to share this story and its message about sustainability and transformation.
