Hi, I’m Ashlee! I’m from Calgary, and my journey into healing began after burnout forced me to slow down and reconnect with myself. That experience led me to deep inner work, where I found my passion for guiding others back into their own hearts and wellness.
Now, as a Reiki Master & Somatic Breathwork Coach, I help women realign with their mind, body, and energy—bringing them back to their center, their confidence, and their power.
