Sometimes you don’t need someone to tell you what to do… You need a little space to slow down, listen inward and see what’s already trying to get your attention 🖤 The Wild Within is a 30–45 minute intuitive reading using oracle cards, intuitive guidance and a little heart-led reflection to explore whatever you might be moving through. A question… A decision… A relationship… A transition… Something you can’t quite put your finger on… Or maybe you just want to see what comes through ✨ Come with a question… Come with nothing… We’ll see what comes through… For the month of October, I’m offering The Wild Within at an introductory price of $68 ✨ After October, the regular price will be $88. If you’ve been feeling the nudge… this is your invitation 🖤 𝐓𝐨 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 ~ Feel free to send me a DM or use the booking link in my Linktree 🩷 October is even more powerful because the veil is thin and you never know what may come through 🖤✨ by @sacredwild.co
✨ Who I Am & What I Do ✨ Hi, I’m Ashlee! I’m from Calgary, and my journey into healing began after burnout forced me to slow down and reconnect with myself. That experience led me to deep inner work, where I found my passion for guiding others back into their own hearts and wellness. Now, as a Reiki Master & Somatic Breathwork Coach, I help women realign with their mind, body, and energy—bringing them back to their center, their confidence, and their power. If you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or like something is missing… know that healing starts from within. I’d love to support you on your journey 🤍 ✨ Drop a 🩷 in the comments if you’re ready to reconnect with yourself! #heartwork #wellness #connection #feminineenergy by @sacredwild.co
Hi 🖤 There’s some new faces around here and I thought I’d introduce myself! I’m Ashlee ✨ I’m a HeartBreath™ coach, energetics practitioner, animal communicator, retreat facilitator and honestly… just a gal trying to figuring shit out as I go. This space is for the messy parts… The hard truths… The boundaries that piss people off… Finding the confidence to rebuild from the inside out… And the seasons where you lose yourself a little… and the work of finding your way back. I chat breathwork, energetics, intuition, animals, self-trust, and all the shit nobody really prepares you for as a human. I’m not here because I have it all figured out. I’m here because I’ve lived some hard seasons, I’m still learning and I know what it feels like to keep choosing your way back to yourself. So… that’s what this space is about … Welcome! You are accepted just as you are in this little corner of the internet 🤍 by @sacredwild.co
I hope the lights flicker when you walk into a room… I hope the matrix glitches… And I hope your energy shifts something without you even saying a word… ✨ We are here to do our soul work, our light work, God’s work… whatever you choose to call it. To bring a little more love, a little more truth, a little more magic into a world that could really use it. And with all the fear and heaviness swirling around lately, let this be your reminder… Don’t let the darkness dim your light. Live, create magic and love fiercely… Be a little wild + Keep choosing the good 🤍 We are not here to feed the fear… We are here to help make this world a better place ✨🖤 by @sacredwild.co
Oof … I have to share because what a powerful reminder 🤍 Stay in love with your own life while it’s happening… This movie destroyed me… I cried probably 80% of it. I was not emotionally prepared for that … Love of your life ~ 💔♥️ by @sacredwild.co
Can we talk about what that actually costs you?… The smile… The showing up… The getting things done while your mind is somewhere else entirely. The answering “I’m good” because explaining the truth feels like one more thing you don’t have the energy for. I know this version of survival… I’ve lived it. I followed a dream, poured myself into something I believed in, and eventually found myself in a situation that challenged my values, my integrity and my willingness to use my own voice. And when I finally walked away, the hard part wasn’t just leaving… It was finding my footing again. Trusting myself again. Letting myself be seen again. I’m sharing this because I know I’m not the only one who has learned to look okay while carrying a whole lot underneath. And maybe you need this reminder, too…Being the one who can handle everything doesn’t mean you should have to. You can be proud of how far you have come and still admit that it hurt… You can be strong and still need support… And you don’t have to keep abandoning yourself just to prove you can survive. That’s something I’m learning to do differently… 🤍✨ by @sacredwild.co

Happy Halloween & Samhain 🖤 For all the witches, wild women, healers and wise ones who came before us. The ones who were feared, silenced, persecuted, or hanged for knowing, questioning and being different. May we honour them by never dimming our own knowing. The veil feels thin tonight… There’s magic in the air… ✨🖤 by @sacredwild.co

So many of you have been asking about my animal communication sessions, after sharing about Jaxx and I would love to open up my books again for you ♡ The beautiful thing about these sessions is your animal doesn’t need to do anything & neither do you! No travel required or needing to be at an “appointment” I connect with them remotely and you’ll receive a full email report with what comes through during our session. There’s something pretty special about connecting with our animals, listening to what they may need for support and also what they have to reflect back to us. If you’ve been curious about connecting with your animal, I’d love to help build that bond 🖤 Details of how a session works in the post and here are a few other important details: ♡ Heart exchange: $188 CAD ♡ A photo of your animal is required ♡ Book through the form in my Linktree, or reach out directly and we will connect. I ensure every animal is approached with care, respect and a willingness to participate. I have stories 🤣 Cats are the best … So… Let’s see what your wild one has to share 🐾 by @sacredwild.co
