Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this store. I purchased fish, and as soon as I got home, I noticed they were infected with Ich at an advanced stage. I contacted the store immediately, but there was no proper response, and they denied that the fish were sick. The fish should have been checked before selling or responsibility should have been taken when reported right away. I’m sharing my experience to inform others.

للأسف كانت تجربتي سيئة مع هذا المحل. اشتريت أسماكًا، وبمجرد وصولي إلى المنزل لاحظت أنها مصابة بمرض Ich في مرحلة متقدمة. تواصلت مع المحل فورًا، لكن لم يتم الاهتمام بالموضوع، بل تم إنكار أن الأسماك مريضة. كان من المفترض فحص الأسماك قبل البيع أو تحمّل المسؤولية عند الإبلاغ مباشرة. أشارك تجربتي لتنبيه الآخرين.
