Neighbors, this one’s a mess! Travel blogger Tomiko Harvey is sparking debate after sharing a video and selfies from a flight where she refused to give up her aisle seat for a woman who wanted to sit next to her husband on a 10+ hour flight from Istanbul to Washington, D.C.

Harvey, who was traveling home from Kazakhstan following her father’s death, claimed the woman cried for three hours after she declined to switch seats. The woman’s husband was sitting two rows ahead of them in a middle seat, sleeping with his headphones on.

In the caption, Harvey said, “I finally asked her if someone died, because who cries for 3 hours? She said nobody died. She just missed her husband and whose shoulder would she lay her head on.” She described the situation as “the ultimate white tears.”

Harvey also claimed she had a few words for the woman when they landed, telling her, “Good job. Look at you surviving without your husband for 10 hours.”

The blogger joked that the situation made her question her own marriage, adding, “Now I need to reevaluate my marriage because I clearly do not love my husband enough. 😂”

She also questioned why passengers feel entitled to ask strangers to switch seats, especially on long-haul flights, arguing that couples who want to sit together should book their seats together.

Neighbors, was Tomiko wrong for refusing to switch seats, or should the woman have made other arrangements? 👀🎥: @tomiko.harvey

It’s been a heartbreaking year for Gaël Monfils. 💔

First, the Frenchman reached the end of his incredible tennis career, with his farewell at the US Open marking the beginning of life beyond the sport he loves.

Throughout his farewell, Monfils repeatedly highlighted his wife, Elina Svitolina, as his biggest supporter. Their marriage seemed stronger than ever, making what came next even more unexpected.

Today, Svitolina announced on Instagram that the couple are getting divorced.

Monfils decided to retire without playing Lyon and Paris after knowing about Svitolina’s intentions to finish their marriage.

The story now (sadly) makes sense.

A difficult chapter for one of tennis’ most beloved personalities.

Here’s what I prepared for a private black dinner. 🖤

A three-course menu inspired by the colour black, from start to finish.
