Bhagavad Gita (2.23-24): The soul can never be cut, burned, wetted, or dried. It is eternal, all-pervading, stable, immovable, and ever-existing.
The soul is our true essence,,,eternal, unchanging, and connected to the Divine. Its power is limitless, bringing wisdom, peace, and strength when we align with it. The mind, on the other hand, is a tool for perceiving reality and self-awareness, but is easily influenced by external factors, leading to illusions and distractions. However, when the mind is disciplined and purified, it no longer creates obstacles but instead becomes a vessel through which the soul’s true power can flow effortlessly.
The most effective way to harness the full potential of the planets is by cultivating skills that align with their energies. By incorporating these skills into our daily life, we can activate their positive influence.
Sitting with yourself and addressing your negative outbursts, doubts, and fears can truly be transformative. Whether you use the memo on your phone or pick up a pen and notebook, the key is to have an honest conversation with yourself. This process helps uncover deep-rooted issues that may be holding you back.
Once you've gained clarity and understood what's beneath the surface, you can begin using positive statements, like affirmations, to shift your mindset. These work much like mantras, but with a deeper understanding of their meaning, helping you reframe your thoughts and tap into your inner power more consciously and effectively.
