Feelin’ good and inspired to work with this beautiful cadre of artists - @kingofbingo @jeffgoldblum @davidkrumholtz & Rachel McAdams. Shakin’ my head with a smile knowing the luminous life they’ll breathe into their roles for Benny Safdie’s ‘Lizard Music’.

Lizard Music has been an exciting, unique and ambitious swing. Immensely challenging, but a true gift it’s been. Grateful for the role.

Thank you to our @amazonmgmstudios and producing partners. UA’s Scott Stuber and Nick Nesbitt, David Koplan, Benny Safdie.

What a cast! Can’t wait for you and your families to experience our film.

So happy to have been part of celebrating the lovely, incredibly talented, and extraordinarily brave Tisha Campbell. ❤️ And there’s something so beautiful about being in a room filled with genuine friendships, real love, and people who truly show up for one another. That kind of night is everything to me.

I'm living in the living room!

be a student, not a follower

Don’t quickly jump on the next “trend” because everybody is doing it. Take a step back, observe, and think for yourself.

Now don’t get me wrong, movement is movement at the end of the day and I will celebrate anyone who moves their body. Do remember that muscle is the key to longevity. Especially as women, I do encourage you to not dismiss strength training because it is vital for our overall health. I’ve interviewed multiple doctors from various specialities for @herhealthmethod and they all said one thing: ladies need to strength train. At least, listen to the doctors.

Continue to move your body in different ways and push your boundaries but please keep strength training as your main pillar. If you want to learn more about your body then please listen to the amazing doctors on @herhealthmethod

I love running and Pilates. I’m training for something with my best friend and it requires me to run but alongside that, I’m also sticking to my weight training schedule.
