This point that @farida.d.author makes is so important. Girls being dress coded 100% interrupts their education and it’s done to make sure no one else (boys) are possibly distracted. 🤯 #dresscode #patriarchy #feminism #sexism #education
it’s not the swamp but it’ll do!
Discipline isn’t about changing your life overnight. It’s about building small habits that make you more focused, reliable, calm, and prepared for whatever comes your way. The military teaches an important lesson: when pressure rises, you fall back on the habits you’ve practiced. And you don’t need to wear a uniform to apply these lessons to everyday life. Start by making your bed. Prepare your clothes, bag, keys, and essentials the night before. Arrive early, communicate clearly, and keep backups for things that matter. These simple actions reduce unnecessary stress and make you more dependable. When pressure builds, pause and control your breathing. Box breathing can help you slow down and approach difficult situations with a clearer mind. And when things go wrong, don’t just regret them. Ask yourself: • What was supposed to happen? • What actually happened? • Why did it happen? • What will I change next time? Mistakes become valuable when you learn from them instead of repeating them. Stay organized, simplify your routines, and protect your rest. You don’t need to master every habit at once. Choose one, practice it consistently, and let small improvements build over time. Discipline is doing the little things right, even when nobody is watching. Preparation reduces chaos, consistency builds confidence, and small actions repeated daily can transform the way you live. Save this post, share it with someone who needs more structure, and follow @Thought.minds for more lessons on discipline, mindset, and personal growth. #SelfDiscipline #MilitaryMindset #PersonalGrowth #DailyHabits #ThoughtMinds
