The cast and filmmakers reflect on the extraordinary artistry, unforgettable characters, and tremendous heart at the center of Wildwood. Watch the full featurette on YouTube and see Wildwood on the big screen, in theatres now. #Wildwood

Day 2 of 5 unhinged things I do to run my home like a business. 😂📋

We hold weekly board meetings.

Because when you have eight people living under one roof, six kids, approximately 34 different schedules, and a household to manage, you can’t just hope everyone knows what’s going on.

We have individual employee meetings, executive leadership meeting with the President (my husband 😂), CEO meeting (just me and the attendance is always excellent), and all-staff meeting.

We review performance, discuss upcoming commitments, address concerns, set goals, and make sure everyone knows what’s expected of them.

Is it a little ridiculous? Absolutely.

Does it work? Also absolutely.

But here’s the thing: I don’t believe running an organized home means doing everything yourself. It means creating systems that allow everyone to contribute, communicate, and take ownership.

And that’s exactly what I’m trying to teach my kids.

Because ultimately, I’m not just raising children. I’m raising future adults who need to know how to manage their own lives.
