Traveling is therapy.

SEND THIS TO A FRIEND WHO NEEDS THIS KIND OF THERAPY🌏

Benefits of traveling:

✅️Fresh perspective: Seeing new places and cultures challenges assumptions and broadens your outlook.

✅️Less stress: Stepping away from routine helps you rest and recharge.

✅️Personal growth: Handling unfamiliar situations builds confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills.

✅️Creativity: New sights, foods, and ideas spark inspiration.

✅️Stronger relationships: Shared experiences bring people closer and create lasting memories. by @eric.shinn

Six islands. One unforgettable day. 🌺
Step into the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, Oahu, where you can travel through Hawai'i, Samoa, Aotearoa (New Zealand), Fiji, Tahiti, and Tonga without ever leaving the North Shore.

Hands-on experiences include:

🥥 Husking coconuts and weaving palm crafts
🔥 Learning fire-making and Tongan drumming
🛶 Riding a canoe through the lagoon
🌋 Watching the Samoan coconut-tree climbing demo
🍽️ Feasting at a traditional luau
🎶 Ending the night with "Ha: Breath of Life," a show with live music and dance

Run by locals, many of whom are from the cultures they share, it's one of the best ways to understand Polynesian heritage through stories, food, music, and dance.

Naci en Honululu, Hawaii...y volver despues de 40 años fue bien especial para mi. Hawaii es un archipelago hermoso, Oaho es increible. Este viaje me lleno tanto que no hay palabras para descrobirlo.

I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii... and returning after 40 years was truly special for me. Hawaii is a beautiful archipelago; Oahu is incredible. This trip was so fulfilling that there are no words to describe it.

YES Godzilla is in Haneda Airport in Tokyo, Japan! I was amazed 🤩
Just standing there watching over a tiny Edo village hiding inside Haneda Airport ✈️ Wooden storefronts, glowing lanterns, the whole old-Tokyo vibe.🏮
Most airports give you an overpriced coffee and a gate change. Tokyo gives you time travel and a famous Kaiju. Only in Japan. 🇯🇵 by @eric.shinn

Tokyo changed me. 🇯🇵
What an amazing city! ⛩️🏯
