Sir it's practically impossible these days with development because even if all this is not there when you take a flat or house later with development if all these come up nothing can be done. We must get some practical tips to nullify all this

С @nikolaibaskov у нас связана интересная история. Несколько лет назад, после нашего знакомства в Санкт-Петербурге, он приглашал меня на этот проект в качестве участника. Тогда я отказался - подумал, что это не совсем мой формат. А спустя время оказался здесь уже в составе жюри. Значит, всему своё время😊

Особенно радостно для меня представлять родной Башкортостан на федеральном телеканале @tvrussia
А когда Николай обратился ко мне как к Народному артисту Башкортостана: «народный к народному» - получилось особенно тепло.

И ещё одна наша музыкальная фишка: прямо в Сотне мы собрали небольшой ансамбль: курай, альт и баян. Теперь не только поём вместе с участниками, но и подыгрываем им!

Marcia Cross spent two decades as one of TV’s most recognizable faces — Melrose Place, Desperate Housewives. Since October 2023, she’s used her platforms for one thing: demanding a ceasefire in Gaza and condemning the bombing of hospitals. Her Instagram bio now simply reads “Mama, actress, activist, ceasefire.”

The backlash was brutal. Friends she’d known for decades stopped speaking to her. She was accused of hate. A pro-Israel watchdog group named her its “Antisemite of the Week.”

In October 2025, she addressed the Gaza Tribunal in Istanbul: “I couldn’t function. I couldn’t live with myself. Who am I, if I stay silent?” People saw her as someone who hated Jews, she said — when all she was doing was “begging for the killing to stop.”

She’s not alone. Mark Ruffalo fought to protect pro-Palestinian artists from blacklisting. The Weeknd sent millions of meals to Gaza. One by one, artists are refusing to look away.
