Music producer #Timbaland is taking legal action against his former management team, accusing them of mishandling millions of dollars and nearly causing him to lose his home. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Grammy-winning producer filed a $15 million lawsuit against former manager Gary Marella and business manager Bruce Seckendorf, alleging fraud, civil theft and breach of fiduciary duty. In the lawsuit, Timbaland claims Marella collected millions in unauthorized commissions, fees and reimbursements while allegedly falsifying financial records to conceal payments. He also accuses Seckendorf of failing to make mortgage payments and pay substantial federal taxes, allegedly resulting in millions in penalties and interest. Timbaland claims he discovered the alleged misconduct in 2025 after receiving a foreclosure notice on his home. The lawsuit states: “The foreclosure was not caused simply because Plaintiffs had no money.” His legal team also alleges that approximately $900,000 was paid to the defendants and attorneys over five months while his mortgage remained unpaid. However, Marella is pushing back against the allegations. “I dispute these allegations,” he said, accusing Timbaland of attempting to blame others for his financial decisions. Marella claims Timbaland was already struggling financially when they began working together in 2017. “When I began managing him in 2017, long after producing his biggest hits, he was already broke and in debt,” Marella alleged. He also claims they generated approximately $75 million in business during their working relationship, but Timbaland continued spending beyond his means. “The allegation that I paid myself without his knowledge is simply absurd,” Marella added. Both managers were reportedly terminated in 2025. Seckendorf has not publicly responded to the allegations. The claims have not been proven in court.

The internet really came together for somebody who needed it. 🥹❤️ A Red Baron employee who went viral after being targeted by an influencer’s prank at work has now received an incredible wave of support, with an online fundraiser surpassing $120,000. What started as a frustrating encounter inside a grocery store has turned into a story about thousands of strangers stepping up for a hardworking father. The viral video showed the employee stocking frozen pizzas when a content creator approached him, asked for the time, and then pretended to take money from him using a fake Apple Pay transaction. The worker wasn’t amused, explaining that he was already struggling to pay his mortgage while providing for his four children. He also revealed that he was working late, missing time with his family, and had another early morning shift ahead of him. Instead of getting a laugh, the prankster ended up capturing a moment that showed just how much pressure the man was carrying. Once the footage spread, viewers began calling out the influencer for bothering somebody who was simply trying to make an honest living. But people didn’t stop at leaving supportive comments. A GoFundMe was created to help the worker and his family, and donations quickly poured in. The fundraiser’s organizer later shared that he had connected with the employee, who was reportedly overwhelmed by the generosity and grateful for everyone showing support. ❤️ It’s crazy how a video originally intended to embarrass somebody ended up inspiring thousands of people to help him instead. What could’ve been another forgotten internet prank turned into a reminder that there’s still a lot of good out there. Do y’all think influencers need to stop using hardworking strangers as the punchline for their content? 🙏 #RedBaron #ViralFundraiser #GoFundMeSupport #InternetCommunity #socialmediapranks
