🦍 - ℂ𝕝𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥 𝕥𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕤𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 This is Tina’s SECOND shoot, and like Cian, this is off the back end of a growing phase!!! Looks incredible. We lost over 30kg and have been growing for a while now! Next year is the big cut, hopefully Marbs! She's gonna try to make that happen. Either way, we'll be cutting. Tina came to me UP a jean size after working with another coach for a full year on a calorie target, mad cardio, plus 2-hour workouts if I remember right!! 🥹 I said absolutely fucking NOT. I gave her a meal plan she loves and hasn't asked to change in over a year, pulled cardio down by half, gave her shorter and better workouts, and we pulled off 30kg!! Losing weight isn't about endless cardio or low cals. It's about having a plan for YOU. Usually, for girls, that means way more food and lower cardio that can be consistently hit. Not a fucking battle 24/7. Basics done well, lads. If any other coach is putting you through that shit, ya know where to come 👀🤣 No time for it. Girls come to me with such low confidence, no understanding of food and a terrible relationship with the scales AFTER working with a shit coach. Makes my job harder, but all the better when we fix it 🤍 Love my clients & my job. That will never change. My what'sapp is in my bio 📱 lets chat
Seven powerful families have shaped global energy, finance, politics, and business for generations, leading to theories about how much influence a small number of wealthy elites really hold. From Saudi Arabia’s ruling royal family and the Rothschild banking dynasty to the Waltons behind Walmart and the Rockefellers who transformed the oil industry, each built or inherited enormous economic power. Others, including the Kochs and Du Ponts, became influential through industrial empires and political advocacy, while J.P. Morgan’s role in the Panic of 1907 showed how much influence major financiers could have during a national crisis. But while their wealth and historical influence are well documented, the claim that these families secretly control the entire world remains a theory, not an established fact. Let us know your thoughts! 💭 • #theories #mystery #business #explore
