Funtastic road trip weekend in OKC! The sun broke through winter's wall. We took full advantage :)
Kicked off Friday night at ecstatic dance- no photo honor code - be present in the moment. The dark silhouette of people dancing under a rainbow of colors to electric tunes - ecstatic.
The Paseo district, distinct and beautiful in style and design. The food- Mana from heaven. Full yes to Frida, Sauced, The Red Cup, and Goro Ramen.

All the parks! Threw discs for the first time in a loooong while. Birds, baby! Felt great to let it fly~
And we went to a mobility workshop and longflow yoga class at @405yoga ! Felt things in places I didn't know existed. Thank you 🙏
The sky and the water at Lake Hefner on Sunday looked like it went into infinity. Everyone and their dog out for the sun! Park play.
I have to remember to get out of town more often, especially with this motley crew
