Comment GIFT and I’ll send you my free guide, The Regulated Home.

Most people think trauma lives in the memory. But the body remembers it as a posture. A jaw that clenches when no one is watching. Shoulders still waiting for the next blow. A breath held so long it feels normal.

Your body isn’t broken. It learned to protect you. And it can learn safety again, one exhale at a time.

Go slowly. Breathe into each place and say the words. Save this for tonight.

Nothing is found on the outside. The kingdom is within.

Chapter V- a tainted pantomime is rotting from the altar.

October 22nd.

In June, Brandon Aiyuk continued to speak out against Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch and said he would eventually return to San Francisco on October 19th as a member of the Commanders with a "motherf*ckin belt."

"We is not cool. We won't be cool. And I will never be stepping in that [49ers] building except for on October 19th when I come through with that motherf*ckin belt," Aiyuk said in a video.

Well, we are officially in Week 6 and Aiyuk remains on the 49ers' reserve/left squad list, so he won't be getting the revenge game he desired when the Commanders play San Francisco, meaning there will be NO BELT 😤
