Scrubbed up for @shiseido Intensive SculptDefine Serum dinner. What a lovely evening with great people! Needed that laugh, I think we covered everything from ghostly encounters to A&E disasters! My kind of varied dinner discussion… (ad-press trip) Very sexy and glamorous table! Me and @samchapman taking life seriously as usual… Again, taking things seriously. Do you think I have a type? I’ll ask you again. Do you think I have a type, and does it involve black leather. Dress by amazing @wiggykit - couple of years old now but absolutely timeless. Hair done (as always) using my @cloudninehair curling wand. Some @shiseido Lifting Sculpting Defining goodness. This guy freaked me and @drchristinehall OUT. His hand! His beard! Sorry if this is anyone’s relative, no offence or anything. I’m doubting this is a recent portrait though. 🤣 What are the rectangles in his beard?! We didn’t get a photo but DID manage to film ourselves seeing if we could get the entire starter into our mouths in one go. Priorities, eh, @drchristinehall? @samchapman doing poses - brilliant photography by @lilycraigen A good night well done. Would like to say I slept like a baby but I just kept thinking that ghosts were breathing on me so thanks for that everyone. Burrata salad, lunchtime. This was just the starter! Pavlova, again, LUNCHTIME! I basically didn’t stop eating yesterday. But needed a massive amount of fuelling because also didn’t stop talking. Went for the light and healthy option this morning. Don’t worry, I washed it down with a hot chocolate! #balance 🤣
At 32, I stand in my 16,000-square-foot store and look back on the 15 years that brought me here. At 17, I left school and stepped into the real world. I set up street stalls and learned to tattoo. I married and divorced. The marriage didn’t work, but I gained two beautiful children, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. At 25, I started my own brand, inspired by ethnic aesthetics. I went from factory to factory, packed and shipped orders myself, made my first real money, and bought my first car. At 29, I held my first brand launch event. At 32, I returned to Inner Mongolia🇨🇳and opened my first multi-brand store. At 16,000 square feet, it’s more than a retail space. I want to create opportunities for more people and build alongside other women—women who are lost, still finding their way, or ready to dream bigger. The past 15 years brought mistakes, hurt, and joy. I’ve been lucky to have a team that stands by me and supporters who have stayed with me. I’m more grateful than words can say. This store reflects everything it took to get here. And in many ways, it’s just the beginning. I know what’s being said about me online. I’ve seen the criticism and insults. I no longer feel the need to explain myself. People judge what they see on the surface. Few stop to consider what it takes to build something from the ground up. Scattered details become a whole story in someone else’s mind, and they think they know who I am. But they weren’t there for the 15 years it took me to become the person I am today. To me, strength isn’t about having the last word or answering every critic. It’s about knowing what matters to you and having the courage to keep going, even when others don’t understand. You don’t have to prove yourself to everyone. You just have to know what you’re building and why. Let people talk. I know what I’ve built, what it took to get here, and where I’m going next. There will always be noise along the way. I’ve simply learned not to mistake it for my direction.
