Took the morning off to spend it in the Whites, which are currently the brightest shades of red, orange, and yellow I’ve ever seen.

Sometimes I get so bogged down in the daily to-dos that I forget what I’m actually doing here. And I’m glad I don’t dwell on the darkness. But every now and then — especially this month, where the pink is pervasive — I’m snapped back to that exam room last year where my medical oncologist held my hand and said “five to ten years.” And then I remember that it’s already been a year and a half.

I firmly believe I’m here for the long haul. All signs and scans point to optimism. But if things take a turn, and if that countdown is in any way accurate, I need to know I lived while I lived.

So while the sensible part of my brain said, “Thank you for the invite, but sorry, I really need to spend the morning sending emails,” the way cooler and more fun part got there first.

So, I spent the morning in the mountains with a friend, because I really, really needed to see the Fruity Pebble foliage in all its peak glory.

And it was awesome.

🚨🚨🌟 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: JJ Gabriel’s TOTAL transfer package is expected to be well OVER €10 MILLION to €15 MILLION. Real Madrid & Barcelona are LEADING THE RACE. @skysportde

▪️JJ Gabriel (16) has very, very high financial demands. The request is a 7-figure salary, at least €1m a year, reports @diariosport

Just here to prove I’ve got the biggest pumpkins in town. 🎃 😝

It's complicated... apparently 😂❤️

Celebrating myself today. 🤍 Grateful for what I have, absolutely at peace with what i don’t. Also proud of the work i’ve put in - not just in my career but also on myself, physically, emotionally, spiritually. Hopefully it continues.

I promised i wouldn’t get too reflective today but just wanted to pat myself on the back a bit. 🫣

Here’s to growing older and wiser but more importantly being content, appreciating the blessings in the small stuff rather than only fixating on the big picture.

Feeling beyond blessed on this birthday. Thank you all for all the messages and love (not just today but through everything, i really appreciate it and count on it)🤍
