Woah woah SWITCH! Jam in the fridge is essential. It will rot outside the fridge real quick. Cold jam on toast with the peanut butter is FOUNDATIONAL FOOD.

Yeah mu parents tested it and and legit it last way longer in the fridge than in the storage it especially helps with reducing the growth of mold or yeast
