Send this to the friend who thinks her best years are behind her. People ask what I do to look like this at 68. The honest answer? It’s not one thing. 💛 It’s lifting heavy and eating real food. It’s taking care of my hormones with my doctor. It’s red light, meditation, and refusing to talk about my age like it’s a problem. It’s love, date nights, and yes, a better connection than I ever expected after 60. And it’s still dreaming big. Your best years don’t have to be behind you. Send this to a friend who needs to hear her story isn’t over. THIS IS 68 🦁 #fitover60
