Looting and smashed windows have reached Germany after similar street chaos in France, Italy and Spain. Europe looks like a continent in collapse, with no one stopping it.

Our dream house in Spain 🤍 Two years of ideas, plans and rethinking every little detail are finally starting to come together. I’ve always had such a clear vision for this house..
a mix of early 1900s Swedish and French architectural. I wanted a place that feels like us. And I still can’t quite believe Zayn will be running around here next year

Comment APP for the FULL pelvis “UNTWISTING” Tutorial to get your ABS 🔥 back!

Ladies, if you’re ONLY training your abs for that stubborn belly, look a little LOWER. 👇

Your PELVIS is BIG part of the picture.

Your abs attach to your pelvis and rib cage. Their position relative to one another influences the length-tension relationships of your abs and the way you’re able to manage intra-abdominal PRESSURE. Plus a bunch of other things.

We need to consider the POSITION you’re asking your ABS to work from, as it influences your ability to build STRENGTH.

Remember: your core is MORE than just a bunch of muscles. It functions as a coordinated PRESSURE SYSTEM 🔥!

Your diaphragm, abs, and pelvic floor work together as you breathe, move, and lift.

If you’re navigating:
➡️ A persistent lower belly pooch
➡️ Diastasis
➡️ Difficulty connecting with your abs
➡️ Pelvic floor tightness or weakness
➡️ Butt gripping

Your training DESERVES to consider the whole system!
