A space that belongs, without taking anything away from the ecology it settled into.
Salsette 27 sits on a greenfield site in Mumbai - a rare pocket of life with frogs, swans, fish, and mature trees.
Rather than build out the full footprint of a show flat, we proposed a smaller volume, lifted lightly off the ground on slender steel columns.
The result was a structure that hovers quietly between trees and butterflies, leaving the landscape below untouched. An architecture that doesn’t assert itself - it listens, adapts, and disappears when needed.
