[Watch till the end!] A few weeks ago, you all rallied to support Ashford, our gruff, toothless boy who had survived so much — years of hunger on the street, eye infections, severe dental disease, FIV, and now also respiratory issues. And we have news… After a 2-weeks course of antibiotics, Ashford’s cough subsided. An echocardiogram told us his heart murmur was benign. And an eye exam revealed that he’s been blind in one eye since before his rescue. And then we got even bigger news! His foster could not let him go. That’s right — Ashford is home! We were overjoyed when @k.h__ asked us if she could adopt him since she could no longer imagine her life without her orange shadow. The answer was a resounding “yes.” Ashford, we love you! Katie, we’re so grateful to you! And we’re so grateful to everyone who helped Ashford and us along the way! 🧡

Tesla's CEO Elon Musk just revealed the new second-generation Tesla Roadster. According to Musk, the sports car can perform wild aerial stunts, including jumping off the ground and spinning mid-air. Tesla also claims the prototype speeds from 0 to 60 mph in just 0.8 seconds, with promises that the final version will be even faster. However, it remains unclear whether a car with these extreme features will ever be allowed on public roads. Even if it never hits the streets, the reveal serves a major purpose for Tesla. By showcasing futuristic technology that no competitor can match, Musk reinforces Tesla's image as an industry leader. Ultimately, this high-profile demonstration is designed to impress Wall Street investors and help the company recruit top engineering talent.
