Welcome to the team @lauramarrrie We’re excited to be growing the team across the next 6 months and next up to join our incredible line up is Lauramarie! Lauramarie’s actually been a client of MTN’s across the last year or so working with both @alexcaldwell_mtn and @by.rosie.sharma and it was both Alex and Rosie who vouched for exactly what Lauramarie could bring to the team and to her clients. We’ve spent the last 6 weeks working hard in the background, onboarding Lauramarie to MTN Coaching and showing her exactly how and what we deliver within the MTN Coaching brand. We’re so incredibly excited to have another coach on board who shares the same passion for helping others as we do. After spending years working for herself and building a styling business and then working for one of the world’s fastest growing fitness fashion brands Lauramarie aims to bring something a little different to her clients and MTN Coaching. Not only helping them unlock a new found self confidence in their bodies and their minds but also being able to chat them through how their wardrobe could be something to help reveal more confidence too. Before announcing Lauramarie to the MTN brand she’s picked up 8 clients who are all onboard and making some serious progress. If you’d like to work with Lauramarie or simply to enquire to find out more about MTN Coaching then reach out! We’d love to help you get started.

It took this to get here Revisiting core memories of the past to better understand the present and amplify the future. I’m beyond words and incredibly humbled and grateful to everyone who joined the Team and me at ‘Homecourt’ last Friday. What started as a pencil sketch became reality, and it’s an experience I’ll carry with me forever. None of this would have been possible without every incredible individual who shared their time and talents to bring this vision to life as one team — The Avengers. To my brothers @austinneely and @mitchjames , thank you for the endless hours, sacrifices, and unwavering belief in me and in us @movingparts.us. Every idea, late-night conversation, and detail made this experience feel like a perfectly orchestrated symphony. To @zanah_marie and the @s27group Team, thank you for bringing every detail to life. One of my favorite moments was recreating my late grandmother’s Sari-Sari (bodega) store. I truly felt her smiling down on us that evening. To @oogie4life and the entire @svrnshop Team, thank you for trusting us and celebrating this release with our community. We’ve come a long way since the DTS days. To the Jordan Brand Chicago Team, @mickeymonday , @badchurchboy , @corbin_t , @karinthedesigner , @ladykream , and the entire Jordan Brand Team, thank you for believing in this dream and helping bring that “Chicago kids to the world!” spirit full circle. To @jasonmayden , @jacob_brosky , @joemurrayaboutit , and the entire Jordan Brand Team, thank you for taking a chance on us nearly three years ago and helping us amplify our community through art, design, and stories inspired by the greatest player ever. To our families, friends, the city, and everyone who supported us along this journey, thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing, showing up, and sharing this space with love and respect. Maraming maraming salamat sa lahat sa suporta 🙏🏽🇵🇭✨ 📸 @_filmm42
Comment SYNC and I’ll send you the method 💚✨ I used to think getting results just meant eating less, training more and being more disciplined. So that’s what I did. More cardio, more restriction, more pressure to be “good” all the time. And whenever I fell out of routine, I just assumed I was the problem. What I wasn’t really thinking about was my cycle, my hormones, my energy, my stress, my recovery… basically all the things that can completely change how you feel from one week to the next. Once I stopped expecting my body to perform exactly the same every day, everything got easier. I started using the higher energy parts of my cycle for more strength and dynamic movement, and the lower energy parts for Pilates, lower intensity movement and more recovery. I also stopped under-eating and actually started fuelling my body properly. And weirdly, that’s when I became more consistent. Not because I was trying harder, but because I finally had an approach that actually worked with my body rather than constantly fighting it. That’s basically what Sync was built around. So if you feel like you’re doing “all the right things” but still not really getting anywhere… Comment SYNC and I’ll send you exactly how I approach it 💚
