◦ Understanding this, educators are responsible for ❛setting the tone❜ of the classroom, ➪ because p͟e͟a͟c͟e͟f͟u͟l͟ e͟n͟v͟i͟r͟o͟n͟m͟e͟n͟t͟s͟ foster 𝘰𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

◦ Similarly, CEOs recognize that a 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 business relies, at its core, on 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 amidst competition.

◦ A h͟e͟a͟l͟t͟h͟y͟ w͟o͟r͟k͟ e͟n͟v͟i͟r͟o͟n͟m͟e͟n͟t͟ transcends 𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 achievement; ➪ it’s 𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 to surpassing them.

◦ Whenever people have differences of opinion, conflict may arise; ➪ ➀ heavenly wisdom is 𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭 for navigating 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 damaging relationships.

⊡ You see? We shouldn’t avoid conflict,
⊠ 𝘣𝘶𝘵 rather approach it with ➁ discretion & ➂ sound judgment (Proverbs 3:21; 8:14; John 7:24), paving the way for 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘦 h͟a͟r͟m͟o͟n͟y͟.

The demeanor of a mediator – a p͟e͟a͟c͟e͟m͟a͟k͟e͟r͟, as Scripture describes – balancing both ➃ grace & ➄ truth, is 𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭 for 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 ideas.

◦ Knowledge – in Spanish we say ❝el conocimiento se construye colectivamente❞ – is 𝐜𝐨-𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝.
∟This stands in 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘬 contrast to our individualistic age, where unhealthy competition is fostered instead of 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, fragmenting learning.

◦ An implied outcome of h͟a͟r͟m͟o͟n͟i͟o͟u͟s͟l͟y͟ w͟o͟r͟k͟i͟n͟g͟ c͟o͟l͟l͟e͟c͟t͟i͟v͟e͟l͟y͟ ➪ is 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 from one another objectively,
