The Makkhi Janta Party (MJP) has gone viral online after drawing on Chief Justice of India Surya Kant’s “hammer to kill a fly” remark during a hearing on security restrictions ahead of the Cockroach Janta Party’s Delhi protest. The court urged authorities to avoid excessive curbs that could disrupt public transport.

MJP has turned the fly metaphor into a satirical political identity, with its social media messaging focusing on democracy, citizens’ rights and public dignity. Its website also promotes entrepreneurship, job creation and economic growth, setting it apart from the protest-oriented image associated with CJP.
