I decided to share with you for the first time one of my processes of creating routines after many of you asked me… I usually record myself and talk to myself as if I am my own coach and choreographer so when I look back I will absorb the information as a student (of myself..this is so confusing sorry…I know) I love to choreograph in my swim pants for some weird reason and with my favourite sandals… the pillow became @laceyturner for a bit at some point… As you can see I am not the tidiest person but all the clothes were fresh and clean, just on the way after a full day photoshoot for my 2027 calendar (out soon…) Maybe you would think I am a bit crazy talking to myself but in my head it all makes sense and I have my own structure! It’s all done in 1 meter square and it took me from about 2am to 5.30am because for some other weird reason my brain is more creative during night time… I always thought not to share my choreographing process otherwise people would think I am a bit crazy and probably I am, but after all your requests I said: why not?! So here you go 😅🙌 Enjoy 😝
