Worst experience ever with this app! I ordered Omega Fish Oil capsules and Creatine, and I never received any proper updates on my order. Every day, the delivery date kept getting postponed with no explanation. They finally assigned the delivery to Delhivery, but they used the wrong address for my order! For a whole week, the status kept saying “customer not available,” which was false. I tried contacting Fitpass customer care multiple times—no reply on messages, no response on calls. Even Delhivery customer care was of no help. I even updated the app requesting to collect the parcel myself, but they ignored it and sent my order back! And even now, the app shows “parcel shipped”—are you serious? Absolutely terrible service from both Fitpass and Delhivery. I do not recommend this app at all. Please be careful when placing orders.
